Get Where You Need to Go
Our transport services provide safe, reliable, door-to-door assistance for medical appointments, social outings, shopping, and community activities — with support before, during, and after your journey from trained support workers, including wheelchair-accessible options.
Transport is an Independence service under the Support at Home Programme. Your participant contribution is means-tested — from 5% for full pensioners up to 50% for self-funded retirees, with part-pensioners on a sliding scale between — and we can provide a personalised estimate for your circumstances.

What it costs
Under Support at Home this is independence support: 5–50% Client Contribution (Independence services). Our full fee schedule is published, service by service.
