What Our Personal Care Services Offer
Our personal care services provide dignified, respectful assistance with the everyday tasks that can become challenging as we age. Our compassionate support workers help you maintain independence and hygiene in the comfort of your own Geelong home.
Accepting help with washing or dressing takes most people longer to make peace with than the arrangements take to organise. Our support workers have done this hundreds of times and think nothing of it — and they do it the way you want it done, not the way a manual says.
Personal Care Support We Provide
Showering & Bathing Assistance
Support with washing, showering, or bathing while maintaining your dignity and independence.
Grooming & Dressing
Help with hair care, shaving, selecting appropriate clothing, and dressing for comfort and confidence.
Toileting Assistance
Discreet and respectful support with toileting needs, including continence management.
Oral Hygiene
Assistance with brushing teeth, denture care, and maintaining good oral health.
Morning & Evening Routines
Support to establish and maintain consistent morning wake-up and evening bedtime routines.
Transfer Assistance
Safe support moving to and from bed, chair, wheelchair, or toilet with proper techniques.
What it costs
Under Support at Home this is independence support: 5–50% Client Contribution — fully government-funded (0%) from 1 Oct 2026. Our full fee schedule is published, service by service.

A Care Partner meets you at home first, so you know who you are dealing with before anything starts. Our team includes Registered and Enrolled Nurses alongside community-services professionals.
